Aftermath by John McDermott

Socrates in his Apology, Roman historians, and others throughout history have recognised the after effects of being involved in conflict – a natural reaction to unnatural conditions. Exeter-based artist John McDermott talks about Post Traumatic Stress Disorder to artist Volkhardt Muller, an issue which the Aftermath exhibition aims to highlight.

Aftermath runs from Friday, June 25 to Sunday, July 4 at Exeter Castle, Devon. Free entry and open daily between 10am and 6pm.
