Volkhardt Mueller, Torre Abbey’s TACO 3D award-winning artist for his work Cell (above), is returning to Torbay when he takes up a residency at Cockington Court.

The Exeter-based artist will be in residence at Torbay artist Deborah Treliving’s studio during the launch of Art on the English Riviera at Cockington Court.

Volkhardt has recently been awarded an Arts Council England grant to develop new print and video work, and will be using Deborah’s printing equipment and discuss his work as it evolves, with visitors.

Deborah said: “It is very rewarding to be able to offer a residency to such a talented artist as Volkhardt at an important stage in his artistic career.”
