Artist Laura Hudson will be leading a one-day workshop exploring form through experimental drawing.
Laura got in touch saying taking objects from our everyday lives as a starting point the course will explore form through taught exercises in drawing by touch, repetition, reduction, mass and line.
Through individual practice students will be encouraged to build up and re-work forms as motifs. Experimenting with these motifs to articulate space and create dynamic compositions using a variety of materials.
The workshop takes place on Saturday June 8, between 10.30am-4pm, at Red Earth Gallery Bickleigh, nr. Tiverton, Devon EX16 8RG. The cost is £35 with a materials contribution of £5
