The public award for the Exeter Contempoary Open exhibition at Exeter Phenix went to Bristol artist Angela Lizon for her Colossal Cat No 10.
Exeter Phoenix Gallery Manager Matt Burrows says: “This year’s Audience Choice Award has been a great new feature of this annual exhibition, allowing the viewing public to interact with and add their voices to the debate. It’s fantastic too that local businesses recognise the cultural value in lending their support & sponsorship to this exciting contemporary art event.”
The exhibition continues for another two weeks.
Exeter Contemporary Open runs until Wednesday, November 4. Exeter Phoenix Galleries are open Monday to Saturday from 10am – 5pm, and Sunday from 11.30am-5pm.
