The selection of artworks for the Donkey Art Prize 3 has been released.
The International art prize, in its third edition, rewards many different talents.
The winners of the 4 main prizes are the Greek artist Eirini Liuomi and Chinese Zhang Xuancheng for the “photo” category with two eloquent shots, and the Italian Michela Meneguzzi along with Lithuanian Egle Karpaviciute have bagged the painting category.
The 4 winners and 100 finalists artworks, selected by the jury, will be shown during the next months in a worldwide touring exhibitions in four great cities, gaining the opportunity to get in touch with international galleries.
The first exhibition in Milan at Mostrami Factory has been a great success, and expectations are high for the other events.
The next appointment to visit the touring exhibition is in MIAMI at the Viophilia Arts District gallery-studio in Winwood, (address 164 NW 20 Unit 101 Miami FL), from August 5 to 10.
The Opening Event, which is not to miss, is scheduled for Saturday August 8 from 8 pm to 10 pm (during the monthly Art-Walk, one of the most important artistic events of the city).
Afterwards comes the art-show in TOKYO at the 3331 Chiyoda Art Centre gallery, (address 11.06.14 Sotokanda Chiyoda-Ku Tokyo), from September 2 to 7, 2015. Then the showcase moves to Emirates in DUBAI at the 76 Gallery, aka the Dubai International Art Center, ( House No. 27, Street 75b, Jumeirah 1), for the final show from November 2 to 7.
