The Thelma Hulbert Gallery (that’s THG, to you) Open Exhibition has something of a reputation for the work that’s included, and now that the gallery has been revamped and reopened with somewhat of a flourish, it’s a perfect opportunity to exhibit your work in a vibrant and successful gallery.
Of course there’s a drawback – you’ve got until 4pm Saturday, June 26 to get your entry form in. But don’t sweat too much, that’s just for the entry form, not the artwork itself.
The date for bringing the work into the gallery for selection is Monday, July 12.
The theme for the Open Exhibition is Renewal and Regeneration, and the top line T&Cs are £10 per entry, one piece per artist. There’s a first prize of £300, which will be announced at the opening, two runners-up will get £100 and there’ll also be a Visitor’s Choice prize announced at the end of the exhibition.
