Stacie Clark, a Cornish Fashion Design graduate from Plymouth College of Art, has been nominated for the Sponsor Me Awards, taking place at Blackheath Halls, in London, on 7 October 2015.
The prestigious Sponsor Me Awards support emerging fashion designers by providing an annual fashion show and platform for them to showcase their work nationally, acting as a runway for designers of the future.
Stacie’s knitwear collection has been selected to participate in the Urban category, which is open to voting by the public. Voting closes on 30 September 2015. To vote for Stacie Clark, visit http://sponsor-me-awards.biz/vote-for-designers/
Stacie said: “I’m thrilled to have been nominated for the Sponsor Me Awards and to have my work as a designer recognised! I’ve spent the last year working freelance whilst developing my next collection. Winning this award would be great in helping me to take those all important next steps forward.”
Stacie graduated in 2014 with a First Class BA Honors degree in Fashion from Plymouth College of Art. Her graduate collection consisted of 19 handcrafted garments. After receiving a great response at Graduate Fashion Week, Stacie has had her work featured in a number of publications.
Tickets for the Sponsor Me Awards event are on sale now and can be purchased at http://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/sponsor-me-awards-2015-tickets-7351666031.
