‘Drink me for visibly younger-looking skin,’ says the Gold Collagen drink blurb, with an enigmatic Alice in Wonderland-type allure.
‘It’s anti-ageing in a sip!’ says Sarah, who’s very happy with the results of her imbibed anti-ageing product.
The idea for the Pure Gold Coallagen drink from Minerva Research Labs originated in the ancient traditions of Japan.
Tony Sanguinetti, founder and managing director of Minerva Research Labs became fascinated with the Japanese secret to youthful radiant skin, and by combining the best of east and west, a liquid beauty supplement was created.
The drink contains collagen, anti-oxidants and other active ingredients – watch the video for a quick overview as to how it works, and if you click through there’s a whole load of information, from recent scientific publications about collagen to an illustrated guide to understanding the skin.
There’s also a rundown on how the Gold Collagen products work, from the inside out, as opposed to the outside in (there are details about molecular size, epidermis penetrations and collagen peptides, to name but three).
And by clicking through on the film you can find out where to buy the Gold Collagen drink, and you’ll be able to sign up to the newsletter as well as follow them on social media and read their blog (at the time of writing, their latest article was on eating your way to healthy skin).
In the meantime, take a look at Sarah and Minerva Research Labs’ head of R&D Dr Martin Godfrey as they talk about Gold Collagen, which also has the strapline ‘skincare starts with a sip’.
