Devon’s folk and community arts development charity Wren Music, in association with All Saints Parish Church, Okehampton, will present a series of free workshops for all singers and musicians who want to come along and learn, sing and play carols from the Westcountry tradition.
Museum Development Officers in Devon are seeking to appoint a creative freelancer with experience of working with young people and with youth provision in local government to facilitate partnerships between museums and youth services and develop proposals for innovative projects.
Hosted by Devon’s folk arts charity Wren Music, the Baring-Gould Folk Festival at Okehampton is in its 10th year, and attracts the best in folk music from great artists from Devon, around the UK, and beyond. It takes place from Friday, October 23 to Sunday October 25.
