A new collective exhibition in RedEarth Gallery, Bickleigh, showcasing selected drawings by 14 South West Contemporary Artists, promises to be a beautiful exhibition of original drawings in a variety of differing styles and medium from intricate pen and ink drawings by Georgina Crawford to strong flowing graphite drawings by Tony Williams.
This exhibition coincides with the National Campaign for the Big Draw — an annual event, the world’s big-gest celebration of drawing. It has grown into a month-long festival throughout October all over the UK. Every year more people across the world join Big Draw events and engage in creative activities.
During the exhibition, the gallery will be organising a series of drawing workshops, suitable for all abilities and ages, some are free workshops and wonderful opportunity to discover hidden talents.
Featured artists include Tony Williams, Mike Hughes, Tracey Hatton, Ginette Mitchell and Beth Pearson.
The exhibition runs to October 6. Find out about the workshops on the RedEarth Gallery site.
