The Counterfiet Club join the cheeky monkeys
Cheeky Monkey Records, the indie label from North Devon, has signed The Counterfeit Club.
Barely a year on since they formed, The Counterfeit Club have built up a sizeable fanbase.
Bass guitarist of the four-piece band, Matt Powell, told the North Devon Journal that their music was “upbeat, definitely in the style of Indie Rock, but we’d like to think it’s a bit different from other bands in the market at the moment”.
They are recording their new album These are Interesting Times at the moment.
