Artist Zoë Hyde will be at the Thelma Hulbert Gallery, Honiton, today (Saturday, October 10) for a Drawing Frenzy as the gallery takes part in the national Big Draw event from 10am – 4pm.
Cornish artist Zoë, who is exhibiting at the gallery until Saturday, October 24 in a joint exhibition with textile artist Dawn Dupree, will be in the gallery all day to conduct a frenzy of free drawing activities for all ages and abilities.
Zoë loves drawing, she carries a sketchbook with her everywhere and uses her own childhood drawings in her paintings. She is also a fine art tutor at the former North Devon College (now Petroc), and has lots of ideas for Big Draw day at the Thelma Hulbert Gallery.
Materials will be provided free, and of course you can bring along your own favourite pens and pencils if you prefer.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
